Spares
Zetech has built up an extensive international supplier network to source and supply a range of new, refurbished and second-hand crane components. Our large stock of spares includes motors, pumps, gearboxes, slew bearings, services exchange units, cabs and associated control systems, crane booms, safe load indicators and rated capacity indicators.
Zetech is an authorized sales and services agent for the MIPEG range of rated capacity indicators and all other MIPEG products that comply with all regulatory requirements worldwide.
Load Testing
Zetech offers a safe and economic method for load testing all types of cranes and installed lifting equipment in conjunction with her partners. The innovative Water Weights water filled proof load bags are a unique and simple product, specifically designed to provide a test load instead of using traditional solid weights for all forms of load testing. The Water Weighs bags are lighter than the standard solid weights making them easier to handle and transport. They are fully pre-rigged so are ready to hang and fill, with controlled filling and emptying capability. The load is measured accurately with a certified load cell, which if required can be backed up by using a calibrated flowmeter to exactly measure the amount of water in the bag.
Zetech is licensed to hire out Water Weights load testing water bags in the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
Our extensive supplier data base enables us to source spare parts for the oldest of equipment from companies that are no longer trading or have changed name. We also offer alternatives to obsolete equipment or arrange for repairs or re-manufacture of A/C compressors, gas detection instruments, level controls through to Printed Circuit Boards.
By working in close co-operation with manufacturers and as a result of our considerable purchasing power we are able to negotiate substantial re-sale discounts enabling us to cover operating cost and pass on significant benefits to you the customer
